The goal of Millennium’s Wellness Program is to help employees focus on their physical and mental health in a variety of easy-to-access ways.


In 2021, we will continue to expand the virtual resources we implemented in 2020 to help reduce stress and promote emotional and physical wellbeing.


Last year, we began offering a variety weekly virtual classes which currently include:

  • Yoga
  • HIIT
  • Dance Cardio
  • Meditation
  • Sleep
  • Nutrition
  • Mindfulness
  • Performance coaching
  • Family programming


We know that wellness means something different to everyone, so we are continuously trying to provide content that will benefit all employees. In addition to our classes, we have a growing list of partnerships, which include:

  • U.S. — Obe Fitness, and many more through Healthkick
  • Europe — Thirdspace
  • Asia — Ufit and Life Coach Innersense


The health and wellness of our employees remains a priority for the Firm, especially given the challenges presented in 2020. We look forward to continuing our wellness journey in 2021 with classes, workshops, fitness content, and other offerings.
