What initially excited you about joining Millennium?
I get to work with smart, driven, and motivated people. I am surrounded by high performers who inspire and motivate me to continuously grow and learn. At Millennium, there are many opportunities to make an impact.
What did your career look like early on?
Prior to joining Millennium, I started my career at a bank. I always wanted to work for a company with breadth and scale in a collaborative environment where I could learn and grow. Millennium gave me the opportunity to expand my product knowledge and learn about the broader industry in the early stage of my career.
What has surprised you about your time here?
I appreciate that the business is constantly expanding. There is always room to learn new things, take on more responsibility, and value your own personal development.
How have you navigated transferring teams?
Millennium invests a lot in its people by providing resources and opportunities to take on new challenges. Over the years, I received tremendous support from my managers, especially when transferring from the valuation analytics team to a quant role on a Fixed Income technology team. No matter what team you are on, your contributions are always recognized here.
What advice would you give to someone who is starting their career at Millennium?
Millennium is a fast-paced and ever-changing place. Every day at Millennium is different and this will help you grow, regardless of your career stage
