We put the call out to employees around the globe to share how they have carried Millennium’s culture over to their remote work. They did not disappoint. Our people shared hundreds of work-from-home pictures, professional tips, personal anecdotes, and much more.


Since March, all of that content has allowed us to develop 10 articles on our intranet and more than 20 COVID-specific resources to help employees around the globe cope with the coronavirus pandemic, use remote technology systems, communicate with teammates, juggle work with parenting and remote schooling, and maintain the same – if not better – consistency and quality during this period.


It’s in times like these that we show who we really are, and we are proud to say that our employees have shown a commitment to Millennium’s unique mission, personality, and vision.
