What brought you to Millennium?
I’m a problem solver by nature and love brainstorming with people. I think Millennium is a place where you get to work with some of the brightest minds in an environment of constant innovation.
What career advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Find a mentor who helps you realize your maximum potential. Mentors help to provide a different lens, which can enable your career to grow in ways you may not have originally anticipated.
What brings you joy outside of work?
London is a great place to experience the arts and culture. I particularly like getting to the theatre, from small productions to West End hits, the range of shows at any one time is just astonishing.
What do you enjoy most about your role as Millennium’s EMEA CEO?
The opportunity to bring people together across different functions and with different perspectives. It’s exciting bringing diverse energetic thinking to the table to continue to improve and to try and keep Millennium successful.
What significant developments do you anticipate in the EMEA region in the coming years?
Millennium has been growing significantly in EMEA across many new locations over the past few years, as part of our global growth strategy. Enabling our teams is a priority because Millennium’s culture of entrepreneurialism transcends geography.
