What inspired you to pursue a career in Finance, specifically equities research, and how did your early career experiences prepare you for your current role?
My passion for equities and finance began during my MBA, specifically while representing my institute in the CFA Institute Equity Research Challenge. An internship in equity research further reinforced my commitment to the field. What truly drives me is the excitement of building investment theses and witnessing them play out.
What is it like to work on an investment team with team members across the globe? How do you collaborate effectively while being based in India?
Being part of a global investment team has been an immensely enriching experience. I stay closely connected to my team members in other regions, collaborating through daily calls and real-time discussions as we develop our analyses. Business trips further strengthen collaboration and help cultivate a unified team culture, even while I’m based in India.
How has your time at Millennium been different than the other firms you’ve worked for?
