Ross Garon

Ross Garon is Global Head of Quantitative Strategies and a member of the firm's Senior Management team. He is responsible for all aspects of that business, including managing portfolio managers, hiring and growing new teams, managing risk and capital allocation, and developing resources for investment professionals.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2020, Ross spent over 10 years at Point72 and its predecessor, SAC Capital, as the head of Cubist Systematic Strategies and Managing Director of Quantitative Strategies. Ross also served as co-founder and partner at Tykhe Capital and began his career at D.E. Shaw.

Ross serves on the board of directors for Neighborhood Trust and is on the board of trustees for Marlboro Music.

Ross received an AB in Social Studies with honors from Harvard University.
