Randal Quarles

Randal Quarles is co-founder and Executive Chairman of The Cynosure Group, an alternative asset and wealth advisory firm. Randal is also former Vice Chairman for Supervision on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, on which he served as a member from 2017-2021. While in his term as Vice Chairman for Supervision on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Randal was also appointed Chair of the Financial Stability Board.

Randal previously held various roles at The Carlyle Group, the International Monetary Fund, and the Treasury Department, including as Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance and Assistant Secretary for International Affairs.
