Pranat Pathak

Pranat Pathak is Global Head of Fixed Income, Commodities and Core Technology and International Chief Information Officer responsible for leadership and oversight for the firm’s international Information Technology functions. He is responsible for leading the technology strategy to support the firm’s global Fixed Income and Commodities businesses, as well as for firmwide risk management and other Core technology functions.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2015, Pranat was at Citadel Investment Group with roles spanning across Technology and Trading teams within commodities and structured products. His last role was as the Chief Operating Officer of Citadel Technology, a separate business within Citadel to commercialize Citadel’s technology to external clients.

Pranat received a BEng from National institute of Technology, India. He received his MBA from The University of Maryland, College Park. He is also a CFA charterholder.
