What is Millennium’s AI Lab?
Millennium’s AI lab provides a dedicated environment with three objectives:
- To accelerate experimentation with emerging technologies that may not be enterprise-ready,
- Provide a structure to deepen our collaboration with AI partners on innovative AI projects, and
- Create an additional, specialized environment into which we can attract talented AI experts, adding to the extremely high-caliber team members we already have and will continue to hire at Millennium.
The lab builds on our existing multi-year investment in Millennium’s AI talent and capabilities, which today is embedded in nearly everything we do.
What is Millennium’s overall AI strategy?

How does the AI lab fit into Millennium’s broader approach?
The AI lab complements our existing AI efforts.
It is designed for the evaluation and experimentation of early-stage AI that requires separate infrastructure from our production systems, providing greater visibility and access to earlier-stage developments that may ultimately be valuable for our business.
The lab also offers a platform to deepen partnerships with AI companies on innovative projects, including the potential co-development of new tools and capabilities for Millennium.
The lab will be global, reflecting our global teams and presence in major technology hubs.
