This year, we welcomed undergraduate and master’s students to Meet Millennium, offering an experience of life at the firm, exposure to software development and quantitative engineering in financial services, and a genuine feel for the entrepreneurial, collaborative environment that shapes our work.
We brought students together across our offices in London and New York, and launched the program for the first time in Miami and Singapore, for a day of interactive technical challenges, conversations with Millennium professionals, and a closer look at how teams across the firm engage with markets, technology, data and risk.
Participants heard from senior leaders on the future of technology and innovation, and met analysts who built their careers through our intern and analyst programs. A highlight of the day was a quant and engineering simulation, where students worked together on real-world challenges across markets and investing.
Designed as an insight into Millennium’s 2027 Summer Intern Program, Meet Millennium offered students a meaningful first look at our firm and a chance to picture where their skills and curiosity could take them.
