Mark Tsesarsky

Mark Tsesarsky is Vice Chairman of Fixed Income & Commodities. Prior to this role, he was Global Co-Head of Fixed Income and Commodities at Millennium. He has over 30 years of experience in trading and risk management in Fixed Income markets.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2017, Mark was the Global Head of Securitized Markets at Citigroup, where he was overseeing the global securitized markets business as both head and a co-head since 1996. Previously, he held several trading roles in agency pass-through securities and options. Mark began his career with Salomon Brothers as an intern in 1985 and later joined full-time in 1986.

He received his BS in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA).
