Kazutoshi Okubo

Kazutoshi Okubo is Chairman of Asia and CEO of Japan and responsible for daily oversight and management of the region. Prior to this role, he was co-CEO of APAC at Millennium.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2015, Kazutoshi was at Barclays Securities, where he was most recently Head of Equities for Japan. He joined Barclays in 2008 as Head of Japanese Equity Sales, a position he held at Lehman Brothers from 2003 – 2008. He worked at Merrill Lynch from 1995 – 2003 and started his career at Nomura.

Kazutoshi received a BA in Physics from Wesleyan University. He received his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
